We are attempting to confine them in a single location as we advance, but there is some concern that this strategy will increase their opportunity to overwhelm us in the long run.
Sadly, we have found it necessary to maintain a zero tolerance policy towards any individual rubber band discovered in direct fraternization with the loose hairs.
